We are recognized by all major health insurance companies. We will require your policy number and authorization code prior to treatment.
What is your cancellation policy for appointments?
We kindly request 24 hours notice for cancellation of appointments. Missed appointments and late cancellations may be charged if we are unable to fill the appointment time. Thank you.
How can I give feedback or make a complaint?
Your opinion is important to us and we welcome feedback on our service. Do this by telling a staff member or contacting the clinic via email firstname.lastname@example.org or post. If you feel you would like to take your concerns further then we do have a complaints procedure that can be given to you upon request. Please ask a member of staff for a copy or contact the clinic via phone, email or post.
Is parking available at the clinic?
Please be aware that parking on Briggate is limited to 30 minutes in the day and your treatment will take longer. There is a small pay and display car park at the top of the street or you can often find a space on the surrounding streets.
Do you offer a text reminder service for appointments?
We do offer a reminder text service after your first appointment but you are still responsible for attending or changing the appointment in line with our cancellation policy despite whether you receive a text or not. We kindly ask you provide a correct mobile number to help us offer this service.
